Back in one of the fields, there are a couple of crystal titans left behind from my transformations. They're hard to destroy. I figured they'll make decent target practice for that kind of thing, if nothing else.
[The thought of being Eren's little snake skin cleanup crew would be offensive, if he wasn't so intrigued. Titans are, frankly, bizarre shit.
It doesn't hurt to see the full extent of Loki's ability. Crystals are common feature of this world and will likely become an 'enemy' someday. There's a rationale for doing it.
