[ The gifts are some silver engraved cufflinks for that coat Akechi always seems so fond of, and a clearly commissioned maintenance kit for Akechi's guns. It's a little makeshift, considering this place doesn't really HAVE guns, but it's clear Vash gave clear direction and may have even crafted some of the bits himself if the little V at the bottom of the tools is any indication. ]
