I can only relay what I've heard from others.
It's a different kind of edge. A different sort of loss. As if autonomy was taken and held hostage by your own will.
By the time you recognize you're teetering, it's often too late and all you can do is fall.
Support systems are supposed to be a net to stop that. You seem to have a fair number of people at your disposal to act as that.
